Terms Agreement

I have read understood and agree to abide by the Hall Hire Terms and Conditions

1. The hirer is liable for any damage caused to the hall, any fixture or fittings contained within the hall during the period of hire and/or use, whether caused by the hirer, his or her invitees or any other person.
2. In the event that during the period of hire and/or use, any damage is caused to the centre or any property, Hamazkayin Nairi and HMEM Ararat will repair the damage and charge the hirer.
3. Before vacating the building, the hirer shall ensure that the lockup procedures have been completed.

Cancellation Agreement

I understand that cancellations must be made in writing or by email

Payment Agreement

I understand that payment is required prior to hiring

Refund Agreement

I understand that refunds will be issued by cheque or EFT

Cleaning Agreement

I understand that if cleaning is not carried out properly an additional 100 cleaning fee may apply

8. The hirer shall leave the centre in a clean and tidy condition. Clean up must be completed at the conclusion of the function, cleaning shall include:
• Removal of the waste that cannot be deposited in bins provided in the centre.
• All rubbish bags must be tied and sealed properly before disposing in the bin.
• Wiping all horizontal, vertical and diagonal surfaces in the kitchen.
• Ensuring all floors is left in a safe and dry condition.
• Ensuring all tables and chairs are properly cleaned and stacked in the designated storage area.
• All decorative items MUST be removed from centre.

IF CLEANING IS NOT CARRIED OUT PROPERLY, THE HIRER WILL BE CHRAGED AN ADDITIONAL $100 FOR CLEANING.
