These Messaging Terms & Conditions apply to SMS and text messaging communications sent by Nairi Ararat and its related divisions, programs and activities, including Toomanian School (“we”, “our”, “us”). By opting in to receive SMS or text messages from us, you agree to these Messaging Terms & Conditions.

General

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from us, we may send you a message to confirm your subscription.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated or manual marketing, promotional, reminder and informational text messages from Nairi Ararat, Toomanian School, and associated divisions, programs, events or services. These messages may be sent using platforms such as Mailchimp SMS, Twilio, or other approved messaging service providers, to the mobile number you provided or any other number you later nominate.

Messages may relate to school updates, reminders, events, community announcements, registrations, bookings, promotions, fundraising, important notices, and other organisational communications.

Message frequency may vary depending on your relationship with us, your subscriptions, registrations, activity participation, and your interaction with our services. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the number of messages sent at any time. We also reserve the right to change the sending number, sender ID, short code or delivery platform used to send messages.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and provider. You are responsible for any fees charged by your mobile carrier. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of any purchase, registration, enrolment or participation.

Opting Out / Cancellation

You can unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time. Messages may include instructions to unsubscribe, including by replying STOP where supported, or by using an included unsubscribe link.

After you unsubscribe, we may send you a final message confirming that you have been removed from the messaging list. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that subscription stream unless you opt in again.

If you wish to re-subscribe, you may do so by signing up again through the relevant form, registration process or opt-in method.

Transfer of Mobile Number

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details remain accurate and current so that messages are not sent to the wrong person.

Changes to Messaging Terms
